A very sleepy day today
Diarrhoea during the night
Different from previous days of hyper mind activity .
More diarrhoea , emptying which leaves me feeling a bit weak and shaky , but no nausea.
Not taking any meds or painkillers, which is good.
Think I am losing weight.
Food still tastes good , I'm not eating as much , but I still feel hungry.
Tummy a bit upset .
