Vitamin D is better than ANY vaccine and increases the immune system by ...
Interesting. A friend sent me this today
Only last night I was listening to Dr Wayne Dyer saying " Keep an open mind "
I already take Vitamin D during the winter and find it helps. Started taking it again a week ago .

Hi Mara,
I have been taking Cod liver Oil for years now because it is one of the natural foods that is relatively high in not only vitamin D but also vitamin A and omega 3. Halibut liver oil I believe is even higher in vitamin D. Vitamin D is not found in vegetables; the highest source of our vitamin D is the Sun. Hence it is called the Sunshine vitamin.
I started taking it to help combat SAD Syndrome when I hardly saw daylight during Winter's months, it helped it enormously.
Fish oil is also believed to be beneficial for the joints and in helping to stave off arthritis. I take 1000 mg daily during Winter and reduce it to 500 mg during Summer.
People with a lot of melanin in their skin find it harder to extract vitamin D from the sun whereas fair skinned people extract it readily. This is why the evolution of fair types is closer to the Poles and darker skins towards the Equator.
There you have it; my lesson for the day.

I've started taking Vitamin D now . I started taking it in the winter to help ward off flu . I 'm really against the flu vaccine and vitamin D proved to be a great alternative.
I'm also taking Magnesium for muscles - helps a lot
B12 , prescribed by doctor since I don't eat meat and Vitamins D&K recommended by my therapist .
